Ownership of Designs
Intellectual Property Ownership:
Any designs, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other creative works produced by Dodge Designs Ltd (referred to as “the Company”) during the course of our collaboration with you shall be considered the intellectual property of the Company.
This includes, but is not limited to, CAD models, prototypes, and any related documentation.
Exclusive Rights:
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that the Company retains exclusive rights to the designs created.
These rights encompass copyright, patent, and any other applicable intellectual property protections.
Distribution and Manufacturing Rights
Sole Distributorship Agreement:
In cases where our designs are intended for commercial production, the Company will enter into a separate agreement with the collaborating entity (referred to as “the Collaborator”).
This agreement establishes the Collaborator as the sole distributor of the product based on the designs.
The Collaborator agrees not to manufacture, reproduce, or distribute the product independently without the Company’s explicit consent.
Retaining Manufacturing Rights:
Our goal is to safeguard the integrity of our designs and maintain control over their production.
By retaining manufacturing rights, we ensure that the product remains consistent with our original vision and quality standards.
